Sean and Ashley, Sewell NJ: Enchanted Fairytale

Ashley and Sean met during their sophomore year of college. They both attended Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. Ashley and Sean were together for seven years when they got married. Ashley is an English Teacher and Sean, a manager at a video game party truck company called House of Gamez! Sean proposed to Ashley in Williamsburg VA, while horseback riding on a white horse.The couple enjoyed a minimoon to Niagara Falls, Canada and an extended honeymoon to Ireland in April after their wedding.

The theme of the wedding was Enchanted Fairytale Forest. Greenery was used to create a romantic forest effect. Books from the couples collection were used in decor to enhance the fairytale theme and acknowledge Ashley’s career and the couple’s love of literature.

The wedding features a Pittsburgh Tradition called the Cookie Table. The cookies served as favors for the guests and featured over 3500 cookies! 34 different types of cookies were baked with love by family members of the bride and groom. The couple was presented with a traditional Scottish Horseshoe by the brides flower girl. While dancing their first dance as husband and wife on a cloud, the newlyweds were surprised with a fountain of cold sparks. They were also displayed during the cutting of the cake. The fairytale evening ended with a sparkler send off before heading on a dream honeymoon to Ireland.
